Physical Description
At barely five feet in height, Erica is very petite even by Achuran standards and equally as thin. Though her toned frame shows her athletic nature, adhering to a very strict exercise and diet regime. She has glossy, raven black hair akin to many Achur, which she sometimes dyes blonde and is often worn in a ponytail though she has been known to wear short styles from time to time. Erica has icey-blue eyes, strong attractive features often bearing heavy, dark makeup and is often seen sporting the latest New Eden fashions, usually form-fitting bodysuits. She carries herself with an authoritative and confident yet feminine gait, speaking with a very slight Achuran accent.  A source of ridicule in her youth is a genetic disorder giving Erica unusually long legs for her size, a side-effect of which makes her proportions look somewhat taller in film than in person. In adult life this trait would eventually enable her to lead to a successful modelling career and earn public acclaim as one of the most beautiful women in New Eden.

Early Life
Erica Lee Dusette was born in YC 93 as the first female child into a wealthy Achuran business family governed by strict matriarchal traditions. This position as eldest female and heir to the family legacy is known to usually see females of Erica's isolated culture enjoy a privileged life and education, however her parent's travelling merchant trade would see this young Achura spend almost her entire childhood raised on various ships and stations during the family's constant travels. As such her exact place of birth is unknown, though it is known at age 19 she was enlisted to further the family's name with a capsuleer division within the family's business. Her conversion complete, Erica graduated a capsuleer from the Science & Trade Institute with strong grades in YC 112. Several of her siblings would follow soon after, the group then starting it's first corporation together with Erica it's leader.

Capsuleer Career
Erica's capsuleer career began as CEO and founder of a small family industrial and exploration corporation based in highsec space. MewMew Mining would conduct general industrial, hauling and mission work for various agents and allies before eventually branching into lowsec space and then onto wormhole space (Anoikis) very soon after when invited by an allied corporation to share it's system. The corporation then moved it's operations to a Class 1 wormhole system known as Antares. During the proceeding year that followed the corporation would come to root itself firmly in Antares and see much operational success, Erica and her family quickly falling in love with the wormhole lifestyle. Though the early days in Anoikis for the family and their allies would see numerous encounters with hostile capsuleers resulting in regular losses and so when encouraged by her parents, Erica enlisted to serve within the State Protectorate. A move that would also see her learn, and love, to fight.

During her time in the militia Erica would go on to found a small corporation dedicated to factional war fighting for The State. However she would soon find she dearly missed Anoikis life and her siblings there. So it was after two short and successful, yet otherwise unremarkable, tours of duty fighting for The State, Erica discharged honorably as a commissioned Major and returned to wormhole space. Upon doing so it was decided that in light of changed-times the corporation no longer suited the family's mission and so was abandoned, leaving way for a new corp to be formed; Nighthawk Exploration.

With the founding of Nighthawk Exploration the family and their pilots shifted focus to combat duties within Anoikis. Aided by her militia combat experience, and time spent attending several privately-run combat courses, Erica and her siblings would go on to see success in their new mission to "explore, exploit and privateer" within wormhole space, amassing many kills and carrying out several small-scale evictions. Such eviction would included the corporation and their allies moving from a Class 1 system to a Class 2 not once but twice after removing the residents from both systems. Eventually the corp would settle in a system known as Horizon, where they still base from to this day. Nighthawk Exploration would eventually make the friendship with their allies official with Anoikis Ronin alliance being formed.

Nighthawk Exploration and it's allies continued successfully for several years, remaining small in number but occasionally bringing new capsuleers into Anoikis to learn the basics of wormhole life beside the Dusette family and their friends. Late in YC 115 however, Erica began to desire larger scale combat action, along with a desire to make fresh friends and new contacts beyond the Anoikis Ronin circle. With this in mind she set off with several of her pilots to join Sky Fighters, a large wormhole mercenary corp. Erica would find success as a member of Sky Fighters and would go on to take part in many operations. Sky Syndicate was eventually formed, at the time the largest alliance in wormhole space.

Internal issues soon after it's founding brought about the dissolution of the alliance and a rift between corporate leadership. Much of Sky Fighters senior pilots and FCs would leave the corp to begin a new venture with a new corporation known as Rolled Out. Finding her loyalties split, Erica chose to follow the majority of her new colleagues, where she would go on to continue carrying out both large and small scale combat and mercenary operations with success. To Erica's dismay it would only be a matter of months before Rolled Out also dissolved with internal issues, many pilots moving onto other wormhole corporations in mid-YC 116. Many joining Hard Knocks, where former Rolled Out pilots were given entry by vouch without a trial period or interview. However this corporation didn't seem to appeal to Erica's lifestyle.

After Rolled Out's dissolution some of Erica's friends went on to form another corp known as Isogen 5, an attempt to recapture the glory days of Semper Ubi Sub Ubi. Dismayed by the dissolution of the last two corporations she'd joined, Erica found herself hesitant to commit again and decided to spend some time back by her family's side in Horizon as part of Nighthawk Exploration. Two months later she was approached with an offer by former Rolled Out colleague, Foedus Latro. Now director and diplomat with Isogen 5, Foedus asked Erica along on several small ops and it wasn't long before she quickly made the decision to join her friend and other former Rolled Out pilots in Isogen 5, soon after moving to their home system of Atlas in Class 5 space where she would undertake frequent combat operations. In early YC 117 Isogen 5 moved to a new Class 5 home known as Aurora where she continues serving her corp loyally to this day.

Family Matron
The Dusette family, along with many others from their remote region, had traditionally followed a matriarchal system of family heirarchy for countless generations. Females being viewed as superior to males with the eldest born taking overall family leadership as it's 'Matron'. While not adhering strictly to all of it's traditions, Erica and her siblings continued to follow the family ways during their endeavors in space, Erica leading corporate efforts as the eldest sibling while overseen and financed by their mother, the current family Matron. Upon their mother's death in late YC 166 Erica would find herself the eldest living female within the family and sudenly elevated to status of it's Matron. Today this hereditary role sees Erica having to oversee not only the family's capsuleer endeavors but also it's booming planetside merchant trade business, a business which finances much of the family's lifestyle.

Political Views
Once a vocal and patriotic supporter of the State, Erica's interest in political events in Empire has gradually lessened during her years of wormhole life, now describing herself as "politically-neutral". While still remaining quietly supportive of the State's military endeavors, she has shown very little interest in taking part in public forums and discussions revolving around anything political. Since leaving life in Empire behind Erica admits to rarely keeping up with news and current events there any more, often saying she has "More to focus on closer to home" concentrating her efforts purely toward her family's interests along with those of Isogen 5. In contrast to the racial division often displayed by many of her Caldari peers, Erica takes pride in being accepting of pilots of all races and creeds, keeping friends and contacts in almost every circle and industry she can. This cultural acceptance demonstrated in such ways as Operation Outreach, founded in YC 117; a family-sponsored cultural outreach program based in Minmatar space, assisting new Matari capsuleers starting their careers with mentoring and financial aid.

Social Life

Always in the public eye, Erica takes personal fitness and health very seriously,  taking up a large amount of her free time while also adhering to a very minimal, strict diet and an extreme daily exercise routine to maintain her photogenic figure. Despite this concern for health and beauty, Erica does enjoy several guilty pleasures, the most prominent a heavy appetite for synth-coffee, especially caramel latte. Erica abstains from drugs though has been known to use capsuleer-grade boosters on rare occasions. She avoids alcohol almost completely, finding herself easily intoxicated due to her small size and high metabolism. Special events being the only exception.

Despite her high social exposure Erica is known to be somewhat of a wormhole-recluse with a growing distaste for Empire, it's people and politics. In contrast to this nature she does however lead a very active and vibrant social life from a distance, with frequent time spent posting on the Galnet forums along with regular public-sessions on holo-comms her face and authoritative voice are generally familiar to many in New Eden, especially those within the Anoikis community. On social outings Erica is known to always travel in her own vessels to appear in person, refusing to ever use the 'Interbus Shuttle service' commonly used by many capsuleers to meet in person.

Erica's open distaste for Empire hasn't seemed to hamper her social nature, however. Her dislike of known space and much of it's populace is thought to be a combination of factors, both negative personal experiences mixed with a deep seeded, thinly masked psychosis. Common to many capsuleers, Erica refuses treatment or medication for any emotional or psychological troubles she endures as a result of her illness that was diagnosed in YC 115, instead preferring spiritual methods of self control including regular meditation with her younger sister Kellie who's said to be quite versed in such techniques.

Over time corporate leadership within Isogen 5 began to notice the publicity the organization was garnering due to Erica's high public profile, busy social life and her regular promotion of Isogen 5's activities. Often referring to the corporation as her "family", Erica could regularly be found broadcasting holo-footage of their battles or relishing in public story-telling sessions, imparting tales of Isogen 5's exploits to any and all who will listen in various places such as the Galnet forums and various holo-channels. Today she can still be found doing the same, continuing to promote her corporation's activities and in late YC 117 she was granted the title of corp Publicity Officer.

Modelling Career

Despite having long-ago discharged from State Militia service, Erica didn't leave before being noticed by a prominent State Military propaganda officer who saw potential in the young woman to serve as a promotional and recruitment model for Caldari Navy. Erica's natural beauty, along with her with unusually long legs, made her ideal for the role and her images would go on to grace numerous military recruitment posters and several holo-magazine publications. Despite her years of service now being long-past, Erica's pinups can still be found in many ship galleys. Today she remains under a casual-contract with Caldari Navy to continue this service, occasionally traveling to Empire for a photo-shoot or autograph session with excited young Calmil Academy recruits.

Closer to home more recently Erica has continued to use her looks and social talents to privately promote her corporation and their combat activities, occasionally modelling for recruiting material or propaganda imagery as it's publicity officer, serving to showcase the corporation as well as boost morale within it. The result of this public exposure being a pilot and a corporation who've both become household names to many across New Eden.

Personal Life

Due to her workload Erica has never held much hope of a successful relationship, but has been known to date several men and at least one woman over the course of her career. These have included prominent nullsec fleet commanders and high ranking factional warfare pilots, though almost each of these attempts would end in heartache for the Achuran. Erica had all but given up hope of finding her soul mate in space when late in YC 116 she began dating a humble Matari pilot by the name of Badel Jramodarr. Having known each other for some years, Badel would go on to ask Erica out on a date one evening at a special place to him known as The Labyrinth - a spectacular formation of gates the former slave once used to escape his Amarrian holders. Since that evening the pair remained in a very close relationship, early in YC 117 becoming engaged to marry. The relationship continued to prosper, Badel forming close bonds with many in the family until mid-YC 117 when the Brutor was said to suddenly dishonor his vows, without warning abandoning the family he was set to Patron. Not heard from since mid YC 117, Badel is thought to have willfully fled planetside, likely indefinitely. While his reasons remain unknown the effect of his vanishing is said to have devastated the family, particularly it's Matron. Since this time Erica has noticeably recoiled somewhat from public life. A self-declared 'widow', it's said she states her heart will always belong to her missing Patron, despite the dishonor he subjected her family to and the measures they would later take restoring it.

Aurora's War

The unexpected disappearance of Badel, Dusette family Patron, at first caused Erica and her siblings a great deal of fear for his well being. After many months of distress it was discovered via multiple sources that Badel's disappearance had in fact been willful. While in hiding, the Brutor had continued silently watching the family's mourning while still remaining in contact with other capsuleers. This intelligence came to Erica like a slap in the face, the conscious breaking of his vows and promises seen as a severe act of public dishonor and disrespect against the family he was set to Patron as Erica's husband-to-be. Erica concluded that the only way to restore this honor and help the family move forward once more was to act and after a family conference it was decided to follow tradition and seek revenge against Badel and his family. Unable to enact this due to his disappearance, Erica was forced to choose the next closest target, that being the corporation and alliance of which Badel remained a member. Taking leave from corporate duties, Erica and her siblings enlisted the aid of numerous prominent Empire mercenary corporations to begin a two month long campaign of highsec warfare. Whilst this took place pilots from the Anoikis Ronin alliance, alongside contractors, located the Class 3 wormhole occupied by Badel's corporation W.OR.M.-S.W.A.R.M. In July of YC 117 Erica led a large mercenary fleet in a invasion of this system lasting three days, successfully destroying all W.O.R.M.-S.W.A.R.M. assets and evicting the corporation from their home.

Named after the daughter Badel had once promised her, Erica and her contractors would come to refer to this conflict as 'Aurora's War'. Seen as a turning point in the family's history, Erica would state the victory had successfully restored her family's honor allowing them to move on from the loss of her partner and the impact it was having on the lives of each of them. Despite being viewed by the family as a "necessary evil", Erica's demeanor is said to have noticeably darkened since enduring and overseeing this stressful chapter in her life, a significant series of emotional events that has seen the elusive wormholer only become even more reclusive as a result.

Personal Ship Choices

Whether flying personally or professionally, Erica's first choice of vessels has always been Caldari shield based ships. She's most commonly known to pilot Tengus, but is also partial to Stealth Bombers and ECM vessels such as Falcons. Despite her preference for shield based systems, Erica is also highly skilled with armor based vessels and has been known to fly them regularly when corporate doctrine or operational demands insist, most often Proteus or Legions. Erica is known to highly dislike flying frigates and her guilty pleasure is occasionally flying a Barghest class battleship.
